Can you build on my own land?
Yes. Trinity Valley Homes builds custom homes on land you already own across Midlothian, Ovilla, and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area. If you don't have land yet, we also have homesites available in our Azalea Hollow community.
Do you build pools with new homes?
Yes. We design and build your pool, patio, and outdoor living space as part of your custom home, so everything is planned together from the start. One builder, one schedule, and a backyard that's ready when the house is.
How long does a custom home take?
Most custom homes take about 10 to 12 months or more, from the start of design to handing you the keys. The pace is largely set by you: how quickly plans are finalized and selections are made keeps things moving, and we keep you updated at every stage so you always know where your build stands.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Midlothian, Texas, and build custom homes and pools across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, from Hill County in the south up to Denton and Collin Counties in the north. That includes Ellis County communities like Midlothian and Ovilla, plus the rest of the DFW metro.
